I'm looking for an episode or S.N.L or Mad T.V?

I'm looking for an episode or S.N.L or Mad T.V. where an actor talks about how tasty Muppet are and easy to kill and then says he needs help to tie his shoes and an Elmo looking Muppet helps him and he kills it and other actors join in in killing the Muppet. I can' find this any place and not sure which show it was on. Please help
