Where can a 25 years old hipster that listens to music like CSS and shops at Urban Outfitters can go in Vegas?

We are a young couple from Montreal leaving for Las Vegas mid-July. We are looking for alternative/underground places to visit. Thrift stores, cool scene clubs, places where more indie-like shows are played, etc. Any suggestions? Thank you!
