How is it possible that Hispanic people have gained more economic value in society than blacks?

For years black people have blamed the white man for not being able to succeed in this world. I live in North Texas by the way. But statistically we can’t blame anyone but ourselves. The Hispanic race is, from what I can see, making more of an impact than my brother and sisters. There are more Hispanic radio stations and television channels than there are black. I see more Hispanic small businesses and grocery stores than there are black and most Hispanic people come from across the border with very little education and don’t speak english, I don’t know weather to applauded the Hispanic race or give my own race a kick in the .
