Is it ok to wear 8" heels all the time?

I wear lucious highlife platform heels when I go out in public. I even wear them when I go shopping for groceries, take my bf to work, and even when I go out with friends. The truth is, they help my chronic ankle pain more than other shorter heels and flats ( I know it sounds weird but I feel no pain or tired feet even when I have been walking in them all day) and I just feel ier wearing them. Other guys look at me and follow me around and it causes quarrels with me a my bf (although he loves it when I wear them) and also makes me feel like a hooker. They are really the only high heels or better yet shoes I want to wear though and I want to get some second opinions on what I should do. I used to not care at all about what others think but I get more apprehensive every time I leave the house wearing them as the days p.
