Eating and Conditioning in MMA?

alrighty, so I have been doing MMA for about...3-4 months now, i use to wrestle in High school and I decided to do MMA cause I thought it would get me in shape again...well, I haven't been eating right which is the main thing, I'm trying hard to do it, but it keeps getting screwed up. I'm trying to get to alteast 190...I'm currently 230ish. Any tips on how I can loose weight better without having felt fatigued or hungry all the time? Another question is why do i loose energy soo quickly, I've been doing this for a while and there was a point where I wouldn't get tired easily. Now I get tired pretty fast and my arms feel dead after I have been hitting the mitts for a while. Any other tips on how I can better my conditioning would also be appreaciated, thnx^_^
