Would Obama actually opt out of nafta?

I personally (from a canadian stand point) think this would be fool hardy in times of economic crisis. Not to mention the easy access to Canadian resources provided to the states. I think that Obama should experience this from Canada's point of view. How many times have American politicians ignored rulings such as those on softwood lumber, cattle and various others. I think if anything, we should renegotiate nafta for Canada saying that if the states continues to ignore such rulings, we should charge tariffs on the mive amounts of oil and other natural resources we send that way. I don't think this is something caused by the average american, but rather self serving special interest groups and greedy politicians.
