Why is my baby never happy?

My first son had colic. I thought that no way could both kids have it. At one week and 6 days i turned around and my daughter was screaming bloody! We brought her to the doctor and they switched her to nutramigen. Shes now 10 weeks old and STILL not happy and having meltdowns all day long. We have tried gripe water, gas drops, the washer, dryer, vacuum, you name it we tried it. I brought her back to the doctor 2 weeks ago and they put her on zantac to see if maybe she has acid reflux. I notice no difference. They even upped her dose a week ago. The doctor said maybe looking into a gastrologist, or switching her formula to elecare. Does anyone have any suggestions. She just is never happy and screams NON stop! She maybe spits up one feeding out of 5. I just am at a loss. I want a happy baby!!! Please help!! :(
