Traveling to Scotland?

I am planning a two week trip for my boyfriend from September 16- September 30th to Scotland. The three cities Im trying to hit are going to be Edinburgh since he will be flying in there, Paisley, and Glasgow. If you know of any particular activities or must visit places (castles, restaurants, pubs...ect.) PLEASE let me know so I can make this trip as amazing as I can for him! Thank you!
