Super bugs?

i was listening to a radio show the other day about bacteria actually eating bacteria and immune to drugs etc so very hard to fight i was thinking on the path of maggots if maggots can heal simple wounds and eat all the infection can the super bug be put into cancer victims in a safe way to eat the cancer i am not a doctor so i know very little on this subject but i hope i a, thinking on the rite path thankyou delia
