Pushchair for 4 year old?

My daughter is 4 and a half and we are going on holiday next month and I am not sure whether to get a buggy to take with us for when we are out and about. She doesnt use a buggy when we are at home anymore but that is different. Should I get one or just leave it and if i was to get one what sort should i get. She used to have a maclaren techno XT.
