I know kegal exercizes are helpful after you have a baby but what else can I do? I just had my 4th baby, I'm?

31, my baby's 3 1/2 weeks old, and when I was jumping on the tramp or jogging the other day, my privates felt not loose, and not saggy, but.... kindof like something was drooping. I've never had a problem with after my kids were born, I've felt like everything has gone back to normal, but this time my parts feel a wee bit different. Mommies who've had this problem, HELP!
