I changed my belly on ring for the first time and now its sore to move and bend over? Whats going on? I?

It was a bit early to change it I'll admit, not one of my most brilliant ideas, its been two months. I spent 30$ on the ring so it should be a good one. Do you think its just because it wasn't used to being change? orr
