How can I watch a video clip or movie without having Flash Player installed? How to uninstall a ad blocker?

I keep getting a message that says this feature is optimized for Adobe Flash Player version 9 or higher or the video you have requested is either unavailable or is being blocked by an Ad blocker installed in your browser.
