A game that is too complicated to get.?

I really want the game mortal kombat anthology. This game has been on some websites but I don't want to be convicted of a copyright infringement. I've looked on ebay and couldn't find it. And when some of these websites require you to have an account, I don't know if the maker of the game is getting the money or the website. Any suggestions would be great, thank you.
