Any U.S. Army soldiers recently out of BCT that qualified Expert with the M-16?

I am only 15 and know I have quite a bit way to go, but I want to qualifiy expert with a rifle in the Army. Without shooting on the actual range, what (in ways of size) could I target practice at to be good enough to qualify expert?
